In 2018 Jonny purchased a leftover brand new 2015 Honda CTX 700 DCT model. His motivation was to show the younger riders looking at getting into the sport you don't need a 9 second Hayabusa/ZX14 and expensive tow rig to be competitive and more importantly HAVE FUN! Initially operating out of the back of a van with no trailer, he is hopeful over the years this combination has inspired  younger riders to get  involved in the sport he loves. 

2015 HONDA CTX 700 DCT

The DCT (dual clutch transmission) was basically Hondas updated version of the old Hondamatic. This bike features an automatic clutch and automatic transmission. Like your street car, you simply place the transmission in Drive via a button on the handlebars and it upshifts/downshifts through its 6 speeds based on front wheel speed automatically.  Slow but deadly consistent this bike has more than paid for itself in winnings over the years .  Other than cosmetic changes this bike is basically BONE STOCK.
